Wastewater Treatment System
Project background
Nurov Environmental developed a modular oily wastewater treatment unit with a capacity of 5 m³/day, designed for rental deployment to industrial clients handling hydrocarbon-contaminated effluents.
This advanced treatment system integrates multiple technologies, including a centrifuge separator, evaporation system, physical-chemical treatment, biological treatment, and a filtration process. The combination of these processes ensures the effective removal of contaminants, enabling the treated effluent to meet the discharge standards stipulated under the Environmental Quality Act 1974 – Industrial Effluent Regulations (Standard B).
The unit is built with a portable and modular design, allowing flexible deployment across multiple sites. It is specifically tailored to address the challenges of treating high organic and oil-based contaminants, contributing to sustainable and environmentally compliant waste management practices.
